This summer I am an intern at Bloomberg News working on Global Business and the Daybreak programme. This follows my completion of an MA in International Journalism at City, University of London which was fully funded by a scholarship.

Over the last year I have worked as a freelance journalist for Agence France-Presse, the i Paper and The Herald in Glasgow.

During my undergraduate degree at the University of Glasgow I was Editor-in-Chief of The Glasgow Guardian. I was shortlisted for Student Journalist of the Year at the Scottish Press Awards. At the UK Student Publication Awards, I won Best Arts & Culture piece, and was shortlisted for Best Reporter and Best News Story.

During my degree I worked on journalism internships abroad, at the Olive Press in Spain and World Radio Paris.
